About this Course

Cold Lake Youth Council is a youth-led, volunteer-based group focused on social and civic advocacy that acts as a voice for the young people of Cold Lake and as peer advocates. They promote youth activism and civic engagement. Members develop communication and leadership skills while supporting their community and making new friends.
